In this role, you will:
- Serve as the right hand to our R&D manager and support the technical department in various tasks
- Develop necessary installations for the current machine park (e.g., stairs, safety features, automation, etc.)
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for the molds
- Provide support in technical drafting, including:
- Draw parts and components
- Create designs and make product or mold modifications
- Optimize technical drawings for our own infrastructure
- Prepare and organize planned repair works
- Over time, oversee general operations within the mold department
- Create and monitor work orders for the technical team
To perform this role you have:
- A technical degree (bachelor’s or master’s level)
- Experience in a similar role as a technical drafter or work preparer
- Experience with one-off or custom production work
- Strong skills in Excel (including pivot tables)
- Knowledge of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks (experience with Solid Edge or Inventor is also relevant)
- Strong communication skills and you are a team player, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
- An eye for accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
