Technical Drafter R&D

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the right hand to our R&D manager and support the technical department in various tasks
• Develop necessary installations for the current machine park (e.g., stairs, safety features, automation, etc.)
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for the molds
• Provide support in technical drafting, including:
• Draw parts and components
• Create designs and make product or mold modifications
• Optimize technical drawings for our own infrastructure
• Prepare and organize planned repair works
• Over time, oversee general operations within the mold department
• Create and monitor work orders for the technical team

To perform this role you have:

• A technical degree (bachelor’s or master’s level)
• Experience in a similar role as a technical drafter or work preparer
• Experience with one-off or custom production work
• Strong skills in Excel (including pivot tables)
• Knowledge of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks (experience with Solid Edge or Inventor is also relevant)
• Strong communication skills and you are a team player, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
• An eye for accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
